We do not share any information about our customers with third parties.

How can I make payment?
We accept Master Card, Visa, PayPal, Sofort and Klarna payments. While paying with credit or debit card, your card details are confidential, encrypted, and can not be read by anyone other than your bank. There are no extra charges for any kind of payment.

What about delivery?

We ship worldwide, primarily via Deutsche Post. By default, tracking is not included. If you require a tracking number, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 3–5 business days
• Most EU countries: 4–10 business days
• USA, Australia, New Zealand: 5–20 business days

Shipping costs are €3.70 worldwide.

Orders up to €75 qualify for free shipping. Different terms may apply for the USA and the UK.

Our returns policy
We do all the best to make you happy with our yarn and tools. But if you unpack the parcel and see it is not exactly what you expected, please email us at woolfie.yarn@gmail.com.

Returns must be pre-authorized. Item should be returned in the same condition as it was received, including original package.

Please note that return shipping fees are under customer's responsibility.
