Instructions on cancellation goods

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the physical receipt of the item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you should inform us (Anton Diundik, Metzinger Str., 23, 72622, Nürtingen, woolfie.yarn@gmail.com, +49 151 189 71 911) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. Preferrable communication way is by email woolfie.yarn@gmail.com. No cancellation form is obligatory, just provide us your order number and the item you are going to return. 

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery within 2 days after we receive the item. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You shall send the goods back in their original quality and original package.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
